Volunteers of America is offering a Parenting Education Group with the Common Sense Parenting Curriculum by Boys and Girls Town, USA. Common Sense Parenting is a nationally recognized parenting curriculum which was developed by Boys Town USA. The class is free to any family with either child or adult that is receiving mental health services either through a local mental health clinic or through a private agency. A sliding fee scale is used for any family who does not qualify for the free classes. Transportation and child care may be provided if necessary.

This support group offers motivational or religious speakers, informational sessions, discussion and much more. We also provide supervised arts, crafts, games and movies for your children; giving parents the opportunity to converse in a relaxed, non-threatening supportive, atmosphere.
Join us from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the 4th Thursday of each month.
