We'll Walk With You...
Louisiana is ranked number six in AIDS case rates throughout the country. HIV/AIDS does not discriminate. We are seeing more people of all ages and ethnicities who are living with the disease. Volunteers of America provides support to those who want to know their status, as well as those who are learning to cope with their status.
Volunteers of America was among one of the first agencies to provide rapid testing in the Baton Rouge area. Now, we test about 600 individuals a year. |
